The client

Square in Circle, founded by Alesia Sirokina in 2020, blends geometry and movement to create lighting designs that are both sculptural and elegant.
Inspired by dance and the Bauhaus tradition, the brand plays with balance and contrast—combining warm brushed brass with cool metals and frosted glass to craft pieces that change with your perspective.
With a strong focus on craftsmanship and thoughtful material choices, Square in Circle creates lighting that feels both timeless and contemporary.

The Photographer's Approach

The goal was to showcase the play between light, shadow, and form, highlighting the craftsmanship and thoughtful layering of materials.

Through my photography, I aimed to express not just the beauty of their designs and quality of materials, but the poetic story behind each piece — a dance of shapes and perspectives that changes with every glance.

The Client's Vision

For the photoshoot, Square in Circle aimed to showcase the distinctive harmony between geometry and movement that lies at the heart of their lighting designs.

Their goal was to highlight how each design is a living composition, changing with the viewer’s perspective and creating a subtle dance of shapes and shadows.
Through the imagery, Square in Circle wanted to convey not only the elegance and craftsmanship of their work but also the poetic story behind every piece—where balance, rhythm, and transformation come together to create lighting that is as much art as it is function.
