The client
The owners bought an old traditional village house a couple of years ago and proceeded with a complete renovation to turn it into their dream summer house in the centre of Koroni.
With a beautiful open courtyard, comfortable rooms and views of the harbour of Koroni, this space is a unique and authentic property.
The Approach
The owners of the property decided to rent it out whenever the family was not using it.
For this reason, I was brought in to ensure the property was portrayed at its best. It was important to capture the various decorative elements which had been picked with attention to detail, along with photos of all the rooms to make potential visitors fall in love with the style of the place.
I loved that the house gave the feeling of a Greek island with wonderful Aegean blue decorations mixed with carefully selected wooden fittings. Additionally, the house is incredibly well furnished, making guests feel like their stepping into a family home instead of a rental.
Their Vision
The owners wanted to create a home away from home and a quiet space in the middle of Koroni town that felt welcoming to all. Their choice of clean lines and simple design perfectly matched the traditional building. A truly unique and welcoming summer home.
